I sincerely hope that Comcast wins the worst company title. I've had their internet for a couple years and they are an absolutely atrocious company. It takes forever to get someone to answer the phone at their customer support and their representatives are rude and clueless. Comcast also telemarkets their own existing customers incessantly. That's right. I had to actually block Comcast's number to stop the endless early morning phone calls where they try to get me to buy a more expensive plan. They would call me every morning over and over until I would pick up the phone. I actually called a lawyer and I will pursue them in court if they start calling me from another number. I wish only the absolute worst for Comcast.
Note: If anyone's wondering why I still have their internet, it's because it's the fastest internet available in my area and it's a somewhat decent price.
A friend of mine has gone through a similar situation with them. I'd never get them due to it. It's terrible what they do to their customers. Unfortunately they're my only other choice, other than AT&T for cable. Charter is somewhat out of the area. Which sucks. As many issues as I had with them, they pale in comparison to Comcast.
I don't blame you for that one bit. What they've been doing to people should be against the law. Period. And the whole monopolization that these companies do is just sick. It limits people to the absolute worst companies (a lot of times).

What did SeaWorld do to make this list lol?
Haha I was wondering the same thing, since when should SeaWorld be a competitor for the worst company in America?
I hope McDonalds wins this.
All of their nasty secrets need to be made public.
I don't think Wal-Mart should be on the list and I dislike Wal-Mart. I don't like them because a high percentage of their items are from China and I don't shop there but, as a company, they employ a ton of people and are profitable.
Sony Playstation Home, should be added on there.... The complaint level is at an all time high, it's # 1 in that department... I'm surprised that's not on there. Surprised about EA though....
Can you explain why it should be up there? I honestly like it. Also, it is a feature/game, not its own company.
