Ok if you had a hotdog or hamburger right now what would you put on it.
I only eat my own homemade burgers, and yes I'm very pretentious about my cooking I'm aweseome. What I put for toppings on my perfectly hand made burgers is:
-Olive Oil based Mayo
-Fresh baby spinach leaves
-Slice of fresh onion
-Dab of honey mustard
-Bun of choice (lately poppy ciabatta)
Grassfed beef burger with:
French Roll - lightly toasted on inside via the grill
Safflower Mayo on inside of bun (top and bottom)
Fresh slice of tomato on bottom.
Garlic Pickle slices layered over tomato.
Burger on top of that, with melted Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Thin slice of Vidalia onion on top.
Blue cheese or blue cheese dressing on top then the top of the bun.
I'm very particular about it.
Knew I shouldn't have started reading. I wasn't hungry when I opened the thread, by the time I got to the end I could eat a horker.
Spicy mustard on both, some dabs of ketchup. And it's not a topping but a nice cold beer is necessary.
