** three similar articles... so i  put all the source links in-- in case you would like to read more on the topic

People are afraid of exposure to Mercury in CFLs (which is rare unless you broke them)....  yet they are clueless when eating fishes..

Mercury in fishes had been around for some times....  especially those farm raised salmons...

i'm surprised that the FOOD inc. movie didn't cover the fish industry as well not just meat and poultry

i don't eat fish that often.. but a family member of mine does.. she will only eat mostly fishes and vegetables... have to share this with her (just in case she does not know)

I prefer not to eat lizzards and insects so I don't have to worry about this!  Oh wait I mean fish and shellfish, not lizards and insects, as if there was a difference :smileytongue:

Don't ear fish and seafood from the US West Coast or you'll glow in the dark for sure!

I get that this is important but you just got to know how to balance things out and not eat like a glutton. It's only when you eat too much that there is repercussions.

Mercury --when it's in in your body.. there's no  way to remove them..

the human body does not secrete/remove certain things like it was water or vitamin c...

some stuffs will be in your body forever...
