I don't like government monitored camera systems like that out on the streets.  Something about my 4th ammendment liberty Smiley Wink.

(I'll get into it in more depth if you want)

I drew the line long before that. I'm just waiting for the rest of the country to catch up so we can start this revolution.

i noticed you mentioned the ammendment in most of the discussion.. guns.. privacy..

you must know the bill of rights like the back of your hand? Smiley Wink

personally.. i don't want to involve in politics.. it's a can of worms that i dont' want to open....

but regarding this topic.. safety/security  vs privacy...

i can see the pros and cons for both sides..Smiley Indifferent

Everybody should have a good understanding of their basic rights.

it is a multiple choice test..   i think.. 4 possible answers..  and maybe a short answer at the end or something.

i don't know.. that last we discussed about it was in 2008..  they might changed the test now..  or it might be the same old test...

You're parroting the government's talking points by drawing the false choice between safer streets and spying.  Those are not the choices.

By putting up the cameras, spying becomes inevitable.

Safer streets might never happen.

So until some kind of miracle occurs, we're stuck with dangerous streets AND the government watching your every move.
