As the father of two teenage boys, I wish I could stay home, but I can't.

Even on my salary, those two eat the food here out of house and home.

They're like vacuum cleaners that eat constantly.

at my dads back in CA there are 3 kids living there ( his own son and 2 nephews) and they devour the food within 3 days Smiley Tongue. grandfolks go grocery shopping about 2x a week!

The Flying Grayson, Nightwing, Robin, They were about more than fight moves. They were about inspiration, comfort, trust, family. I gave that up to become a spy. a Spider man; A Tsuchigumo. I have changed.
But I'll Always be D. Grayson

they are at the growing period.. then they have to eat to keep up with their metabolism..

encourage them to eat foods high in proteins.. drinking 6-8 glasses of water..

you will feel full longer with protein foods..   add variety of foods in their diet...

They're 12 and 15, and they drink flavored water quite a bit, but it doesn't stop them from hitting the fridge and the cupboards when they take a notion.  They're teenagers and expect that kind of thing.

we have an epidemic right.. with a lot kids  having type 2 diabetes.... so be sure to stock up health foods.. but avoid soda and those food that you can consume that has hundreds of calories but you do not feel full at all :/

We eat good, and diabetes really doesn't run on either side of the family.  Health foods?  We keep apples, bananas, grapes and such and sometimes they'll eat them, other times they're blended into a smoothie and 'ate' that way.  On average I spend around 100 a week, and they're eating my payday away, but it's worth it in a sense.  I at least know they're not going hungry around here.
