Will Counterstrike: Global Offfensive Feature Cross-Play For PC?

I have been dieing to play my friends who don't ow PS3's on Counterstrike as I don't own a good enough PC myself to play games like couuterstrike. Anyoen know if this will have Cross Platform play?

I believe this was planned originally but was cut. So no PS3 players cant play with PC players.
