How do I put photos into the group Digital Camera Images?

Create a folder in "photo" called "Digital Camera Images" or whatever it's called, and put your photos in there.

 Yes, they say .mp4 at the end of the name and the site says they are encoded in mpeg-4 format (two different bit rates, but neither work). The site is archive.org .  I'm presuming that they don't fit the PSP requirements for MPEG-4 which seems to be a subset.  Its a pain to have to reconvert them (and psp video 9 won't even acknowledge the format so i use Nero) because it takes about an hour for 1.5 hour movie.  Any other suggestions?  Could I use some software to modify the headers to make it PSP compatible and still work?  Thanks

Captalize the .MP4 and it should work.

You need a DVD decryptor for that, but I don't think that's legal, so I can't help you out.
