If you have a PC and a PS3 its easy.
Install Playon media server on your PC ( www.playon.tv ), and add your netflix credentials into the playon setting accounts tab.
Test it from your PS3, watch netflix, hulu, etc.
Use remoteplay on the PSP to watch the same things via your PS3.
Don't have a PS3? get a Roku box for netflix, add a locationfree box to stream to the PSP.
By the time you buy the roku and the locationfree base station, you might as well just get a PS3.

Funny, you would think online multiplayer would take more out of it? Anyway, the ipod touch and iphone can through an app, so I think the homebrew ppl could.
I think sony could make it work too if they wanted to.

or sony just could do something like have netflix to the store. like the games and videos and comics? that would be pretty awesome. just like downloading a movie from the PSN but using netflix. but then again people might just use netflix instead of buying videos

The odds are against netflix on the psp. First off, the internet on the psp is extremely limited, the RAM is too small, and the device is almost obsolete to anyone but homebrew people. There is also a very small amount of PSP's in the US, compared to any television device.
A "very small" amount? Stop pulling stuff out of thin air and speculation!
PSP Units Sold in US: 20.1 Million
PS3 Units Sold in US: 15.8 Million

The amount of units available is clearly not a contributing factor being as the PS3 has less units sold in the US and has Netflix!
