I think that the apps would mostly be just like the psp minis. The apps on the iphone are based on the fact that iphone users have internet everywhere. This lets developers make useful apps whereas on the psp it would really just be crappy overpriced games.

I'm all in about psp apps. They would be really cool just to play whenever you get bored or don't want to play real games. They would only be great though if they were free!!

Why cant they make apps for the psp theres apps for the Ps3 all we need is like Weather, Youtube , Facebook/twitter netflex etc.

Considering the Vita just came out and the PSP is almost irrelevant at this point in the gaming world, I wouldn't expect to see apps for the PSP any time soon, if ever. It would be awesome, I've been waiting on it for years, but I don't think it'll happen. Might as well just get a Vita, that's my plan.
