Banned Fromm PSN?

I Can't Go Into Psn Store From Info board But When I Go Like Sign In It says "YOU CANNOT USE PLAYSTATION®NETOWRK WITH THIS ACCOUNT". The Current Version I Am On Is Version6.20.  How Do I Get Unbanned??  Please Help

I did nothing.  I Just Updated To 6.20 And It Says "YOU CANNOT USE PLAYSTATION®NETOWRK WITH THIS ACCOUNT".     And I tried Creating Another Account But It Wont Let Me .

If you got banned then you did something (game share?). But regardless, no one here can help you. This is not a Sony support site. It is a community support forum. Basically, users helping users. You must contact Sony/PSN customer service to find out why you were banned (although I'm pretty sure you already know) and how/if you can get your PSN access reinstated.

Everyone thinks I'm psychotic (except my friends deep inside the earth).

Scroll to the bottom of this page and click on support.
Then click on contact customer service.
Fill out your email address.
Product: PlayStation Network - Account/Password.
Topic: Banned Account.

The rest should be self explanatory. Keep in mind that it is nearly Christmas, so it may take a while to get a response. I'm not sure what the holiday schedule is for Sony support, but their sales and distribution is usually closed from Xmas through New Years, so you may not hear back from them until after the holidays (hopefully it won't be that long).
