I Cant play with Infrastructure! Help!

Hi im Juan Lucas , ive recently bought a legal copy of patapon 3 on the PSN with virtual money (50 U$$ Card)

i read that i came already with the addon to play online , but i cant connect to any hideout!

it always throws up an error message (not PSP the game itself) when trying to enter another hideout

¨A connection error has occurred¨

¨connection has timed out¨

I dont know what i can do . Please help me! i bought this game especially for the online!
