Hey I just bought 2 cards, I read the receipt and it says the transaction was complete and I typed it in just as it said, but it never works. Could someone please help?

Where are you redeeming them?In the store? Try under account management on the XMB.

are you making sure you are getting the code exactly right like all letters are correct like all upper case is upper case and any lower case is lower case and becareful you dont mistaken a O for a 0
