So I was playing hitman absolution and it froze, I turned off my ps3 manually and restarted it, when I went back into the game it registered no game save. On my ps3 save game data I still had record of a game save. I reset my ps3 but nothing happened. Any help?

I think it might have been saving the moment the game froze, resulting in corrupted data? Not sure though.
