Installing games to HDD?

You can see what games you played last and jump into them immediately with "What's New". Note that Eric said DISC games. You have to put the disc in therefore eliminating the immediately part. Anyone else take this as a clue?

No I doubt that's the case.  I think he was talking about jumping into the game you were playing whehter it be a disc or a downloaded title.  I don't think we're going to be getting full installs

But you have to put the disc in to play the game. That's what the DISC icon is for. It makes NO SENSE if that's the case. I think people can remember what disc they inserted 4 seconds ago.

That may be the case but the system loads to the "What's new" Section.  So, when it loads to that section you don't have to go  to the game tab to start playing, you can just scoll down the list to the game you were playing.  And, if you just put the disc in 4 seconds ago that game wouldn't be on the list.

 

Personally, I think it's stupid.  They should have just updated the information board to make it more fluid.
