Internet Connection

I recently switched to a different internet provider. Yesterday and this morning the internet connection was fine on the playstation. Now, for the past 3-4 hours... It says I only have one bar of internet. I've been trying to play nazi zombies online, but it either only finds one person.. then kicks us.. or I lag. I've done numerous connection tests and it says everything is fine. I even tried switching the connection to a different router. (I have two routers that are bridged.. one has 85% signal.. the other, 100%) Anyway, the computers are working fine on the internet. Help?

Bandwidth issue? How many devices are accessing your wifi at once?
