I alrerady donwloaded the DLC from the store but it doesn't get installed, I could only transfer them to the vita and get them installed there.

Yes.  The DLC is available for both versions of the game.  The PS3 Playstation Store contains both, but it is a separate product for each platform.

i have the same problem, the thing is i cant find any other product besides the one that says ps3 but downloads ps vita...
