I had to restore my system to the original factory settings and when I try to play my games online it is telling me I can't because the code has already been used. Is there any way to get around this so I can play those games again without having to purchase a new game.

Are you using the same account or did you make a new one?

If its the same account you have to re download your purchased items via account management.

You have to download the online pass to the PS3 again.  You can't redeem the code again, but the online pass is still in your download list in the Playstation Store or Account Management apps.
