Sony Wireless Headset help D:

So a little more than a year ago ( around the 2011 christmas ) I bought a Ps3 Wireless Stereo Headset. Just a few days ago it stopped working for some reason. The headset itself is fully charged and when I turn it on it blinks once, then twice and continues to blink two times. For some reason, whether the headset is turned on or not, the adapter doesn't light up AT ALL. No matter what I plug it into(Pc or Ps3) I tried resetting them but neither of them started blinking when I would try and push in the reset buttons. I really like the headset and would love to use it. I dont really want to buy another one, I'm in a financial bind at the moment. Thanks

Does the jack work? or you may have a short in the head set itself and the adaptor isn't picking it up.. But if the Adaptor isn't turning on at all.. you may need a new adaptor by the sound of it..

Yeah all of the jacks work, the headset is fine, its just the adapter itself thats causing all the problems =/ Any news on where I can get another one from?
