does anyone know how to get the 1.03 patch online so i can use a usb stick to put it on my ps3. im using my neibors internet for right now and the signal is not strong enough to connect to my ps3 so i can download it..

You can't. Pay for your own internet service and quit stealing from the neighbor.

well thanks but i dont steal internet i just moved and thay offerd till mine is hooked up

Then take your PS3 over their and update from there. If they don't mind you using their internet they probably won't mind that. Or do it when you have yours hooked up.
