they have a diferent harddisk and thats it

the 160 has the 40nm gpu with a better heat sink so it will run cooler and quieter then the 120 gb ps3 .

Is it worth updrading from the 2001A model? It overheats too much.

The heatsink is heavier so it should allow for better cooling, however the chip sizes are the same as the 2101....

The 120GB and 160GB is basically the same in terms of features.
