Everything is OP. Next you will be saying Kumas farts are OP..... with that said they kinda are as they do kill you. Smiley Tongue

^This is kinda justifyed, though. Issac's mine is indestructible, so if he's in a corner with that thing it's impossible for me to get him in a combo or even go near him.

If you grab someone close to the mine without hitting it, it will detonate but the grab will still go through.
That's what I usually do, at least.

You can hit isaacs mine with certain attacks and it'll go. So its not invincible.

Certain attacks suck as? Because every attack I tryed on that thing as Dante didn't destroy it.

You don't understand. I don't have a problem with them hugging the mine. The problem that I have is that unless you have a range attack that can actually hit the dang thing, there's no way to disable the mine without giving free AP to the user (unless your character is lucky enough to have a close range move that disables it safely somehow). This plus the hugging tactic = OP, and this is where the big problem surfaces.

Sure in a 1v1 situation I can force them to stop camping their mine by running away to summon my boom box....but this isn't a 1v1 game AND they could just move their camp tactics over to my boom box. In the end, running away or taking a hit (or getting lucky on a throw) shouldn't be the only viable tactics against this.

Exactly, and this is a problem that shouldn't be in the game. Every attack, defense, etc. should have a proper counter to it, and as of now mines/traps only have 2 "counters".....run away or take a hit....unless you have a character who has a range move capable of safely disabling the mine/trap. This is completely unacceptable.

What character do you use? cause i know a few charcaters that can destroy mines/traps. Drakes barrel and his air down circle, Sweet Tooths air shotgun, Dantes Axe, Kratos netrual triangle, etc.....
