That would be great. Get a DLC pack that will sell decently and two JRPG characters. (One that is very popular as of recently and the most wanted first party JRPG character)

We also need more PS1 classic characters and underrated ones.
Dart fills all those quotas. ![]()

Personally, I'd make his L1 be Flame Shot and his L2 be Final Burst, both of which see him drop into dragoon for the attack then drop back out, and then his L3 be Divine Dragoon. Otherwise, this is a pretty good movelist.
Never thought of that for his Supers, but hey, it just proves the guy is pretty versatile. I hope if SuperBot does put him in that they handle him well (I honestly wouldn't mind if they did it your way).
I like to make PSASBR move-sets. Here's a few:
New Status Effect: Fire. PSASBR needs it.
Memory Card Assistants: PSASBR needs it.

I've recently done a massive overhaul of the Dart build. I threw in a bunch of useful information like I did with Selvaria and Alicia. I also gave him a bunch of new Addition options and combo-trees, and I revamped his item-use and Dragoon controls. I think I can safely say this is the best the build has ever looked; if he were playable in this state he'd likely be considered OP with most wanting him to be nerfed (I honstly take that as a good sign).
If anyone preferred the old build, I have it saved and can repost it if anyone wants.

So I had this other idea where some moves can set people on fire
Would it be so bad if the Burnout could ignite enemies instantly? Or maybe let it set them on fire if they stand inside it too long. I wouldn't do the same for Gushing Magma because they range is too large.

One other thing to add: someone on another forum suggested making a Dragoon attack into his Level 2 and giving him a screen-clearer in the form of the Red Eye Dragon summon (one of his strongest attacks). Thinking about it, Burning Wave is generally weaker than Psychedelic Bomb and it would make sense to have the Red Eyed Dragon be usable if he hasn't gotten any kills: the thing costs 80 MP, meaning you wouldn't use it if you were planning to use several Dragoon magic attacks.
How does that sound? If I make a certain Dragoon Magic attack into his Level 2, which one should it be? Flame Shot, Explosion or Final Burst?
