I'm pretty sure there'll be a second one during the PS4's lifetime.  The ratings for PSASBR were pretty high for a developers first game, even though the sales might not have been exactly up to par

If this means they'll hire less amateurs and more experienced developers then i'm all for it. I mean, honestly, PSABR has the appeal of an amateurs game. The only difference is it wasn't a budget title. With the resources and funding Sony had, this game could've been MUCH better. Bland menu's, broken online, and more. This game isn't horrible but it could've been so much more/
