I Psn store always tends to update around 6ish. You have to wait till then for kat and em

Basically, instead of stuff going 'live' at midnight, it all goes into a 'PSN Store update' Which usually happens here in the US on Tuesdays in the evenings around 5pm, give or take a couple hours. So whenever Sony says digital content will be out (in this case Feb. 12) they really mean when  the store updates. It's a dumb Sony thing that causes lots of confusion, but that's that.
