I'd really have to say either on the Cole's especially good cole. I don't think I have ever met a cole user that doesn't throw tons of projectiles any hide. Definitely a rarity online, I've actually come across decent toro users and radec users but very VERY rarely if ever a great cole player.

Also to the guy who said ST, IDK... Some players have been breaking him recently. His tech chase game is getting pretty ridiculous.

Kratos. Only seen a handful of people use combos. Oh and his counter is GREAT! ...when it doesn't decide to show that it absorbed the hit, gives you the ap for it but it still wants to hit you anyway.

Heihachi, hands down. He has so much potential that needs to be tapped into. Most people don't know that Heihachi is THE deadliest Overtime character. If you ever get to 4x AP Overtime, and Heihachi charges up his Twin Pistons and hits you with a combo, he will get an unbelievable amount of 600 AP + 25 AP from the AP Burst, totaling 625 AP, giving him an automatic Level 3!!! Try dealing with 10 Level 3's for 1 minute.
