It does have a lot of startup lag. I wish it were like Giga Punch, but nooooo... It has to be like the gravity inverter.

The only character who needs to be nerfed big time is Raiden, his level 1 is to strong, last to long and is very easy to get.

Some characters need small tweaks though, Kratos grab shouldn't get as much ap as it gets now and Sly's level 1 should be cancelble just like Nariko's super. Im pretty sure this will balance the game more.
