Could someone make this GIF below under 300KB and remove the watermark ("Make gifs at gifsoup.com)? I want to put this in my changing signature setup (I just need the image link to do so) that is for the antipicipation of Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit's release.

I want a signature with a cat wearing Helghast armor and marching with his gun in a warzone.  At the bottom it should say: "TheEvanCat: Giving grown men nightmares since 2010!"
