Re: Just curious

If anything it'll give you slightly fast load times due to the lack needing to have the PS.com URL redirect you to the Lithium server.

Thankfully I already contacted my friends at Lithium and had them shut down the wormhole generator on that URL, so no worries about falling into an alternate dimension. So ya, aside from that, nope, nothing changes. :smileytongue:

Are there any benefits of using the lithium link (http://playstationna.i.lithium.com/ )

You know you're bored when you are reading HTML :smileytongue:

http://community.us.playstation.com points to IP 208.74.205.227 which belongs to Lithium Technologies, Inc.

http://playstationna.i.lithium.com/ points to IP 93.184.220.97 which belongs to EdgeCast Networks, Inc a CDN [Content Delivery Network] used by Lithium & Sony.

Using the URL http://playstationna.i.lithium.com/ or IP 93.184.220.97 should load the forum faster. With that said, you wont be able to login and post on the community for the PSN auth cookie is meant for "community.us.playstation.com" & "us.playstation.com"
