I am very aware of the xbox gamers switching back b/c of the reverse BUT there are still a truckload of Xbox gamers that decided to stay.
And here's a video on an xbox gamer reason why he has switched over- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BKh0TUqQVOo
Agreed. Video was interesting.
But as we all know microsoft and sony is no different than ford and chevy or coke and pepsi.
I have chosen PS4 not only for what it can do but equally what it doesn't do.
More power to the gamer. In every way.
Getting a PS4 doesn't mean someone is "Switchign over". It means they have more gaming options.
Many of us are more into high end PC gaming, enjoyed the 360 and media features, but becuase of certain titles (mainly FF XIV, Destiney, and a couple others" we want both.
I also have to see what mobile integration Sony will do. Xbox One, WIndows 8, WIndows Phone 8 integration is pretty intense. FOr Media, TV, Movies, ect the Xbox One will be in the livign room.
For gming in the bedroom, FF XIV, and Destiney, as well as Killzone, the PS4 will be in the bedroom.
Then my gamign laptop and PC can have a break. and not burn out.
If you can afford it, there is nothing wrong with buying both. These consoles will be around for a very long time. Look at the life span we got out of the PS3 and 360. And both MS and Sony still plan on giving them more life for a few more years. It's not like if you pass on one, the other won't be there for you to buy a few years later.
Just like I did with PS3 > 360, I will be buying a PS4 first, but I do plan on picking up an Xbox One later down the road.
