Yeah. Not a whole lot you can do. You need the DoB to retreive the account. Along with the PSN ID and the answer to your security question.
If you can't provide the date of birth, you're pretty much out of luck. Sorry.

Hey welcome to the fourms what you can do is go to support on this site link will be proviede in this post you go on the chat with sony there going to ask you infromation about your ps3 like your serial number your name and your email if you dont know it ok. When you put in your infromation you will be connected with a sony rep and they will ask you stuff about your account what you purchased and stuff like that i had lost my account before i told them i did not know my email for that account or my date of birth and they said hold on while we look into this for you. What they did is they resetted my email that i gave them and they told me you will get a meassage in 24 hours to 48 hours nad it will ask you to reset your password and it worked and i got my account back just remeber dont put fake email and D.O.B put your real birthdate it worth not loosing your account hope this helped here is the link https://support.us.playstation.com/app/chat/chat_l
Instead of going the conventional route and responding only with , " LOL" I'm just going to say Salts( Smiled a little and then stopped) It's more truthful. On topic, if you have the email you can just sign into SEN and edit manage your account.
