Even if you got the "Free one month PS+" code, you would still have to use a credit card for it to work. If your parents won't give you any money, I'm sure they won't let you use their credit card either.
I know how you feel I used to have that problem long time ago (beautiful memories lol) anyway even if somone gave you the free 1 month ps plus what are you going to do when that month runs out? at least try to explain to your parents that if you can get 18 $ every 3 months that you will not need to spend that much money on games since you will be getting games for free on ps+ . lol 
at least that's the way my little sister used to make me get her ps plus every few months I remember the look on her face when she asked me for that she was so cute that I couldn't say no to her lol .

If you were my neighbor I'd give you 20 bucks to do some yard work for me.........ask your parents if its cool with them that you try and go out and do something to earn the money for PS+.
Heck you never know they might be so impressed with your initiative that they get the plus for you anyway! I know I'd be happy if I had a kid that did that.
