As an ex-Xbox owner, trust me when I tell you you'll be back.

That is unfortunate.  I am sure you will find, as with any product, there are pros and cons to anything.

I am sorry to see you had a rough go of it, but I do ask you keep the PlayStation, in the event you are so sorely sorry for moving in another direction.

I sincerely wish you would have come to the Forum with an ernest attempt at finding a solution.  It is true the Help Line cannot always be of assistance.  It is the nature of things.  Here in the Forum, we are able to help each other find answers, and sometimes solutions.  I too was frustrated with Sony on a few occasions, one of which brought me here.

By listening to others, and getting advice I was able to find a solution.  It really wasn't that bad.  As well I stuck around, and now help others here.

If it is to be your decision to bale on Sony, then that is your decision, and you have a right to it.  I wish you luck.

Hello XBox? more like

Hello monthly fees

Hello screaming immature tweens on xbox live

Hello RROD's (even on the new slim models red dot of death)

Hello easily scratched outdated dvd's

Hello Big bulky controller that feels like holding onto a love handle

Hello paying for xbox live usage...while we have optional subscription for free games..and can play online normally for free.

Hello to playing nothing but first person shooters as all their other "exclusives" are on PC also or just plain suck.

Hello big bulky power brick that it itself is bulkier then my ps vita

Hello bad customer service...your mad because someone at sony accidently hung up? Most of the time for xbox support you press one for english and end up talking to some guy in india who swears his name is "steve" whom you can not understand.

Hello to the least reliable console in gaming history ever made even outside of the RROD..disc drive faiures..overheating...etc

Hello to the most expensive $ per GB hard drives iv'e ever seen since they use that propreitary crappy drive it's more costly then most SSD drives are per GB

Hello to having no handheld option to nicely compliment your console gaming experience since Micro$oft is too afraid to make one.

I could go on and on and on.....

GOing from PS3 and PSN to XBox 360 and XBox live is like going from a 6 figure salary to living on welfare and eating government cheese. If you want to leave nobody is stopping you but over a phone call....your going to take the crap that is xbox...not to mention the worst support in the industry?...............

....

....

........

See you back here in 2 months.

rotflmfao... this is the funniest sh*t i've read in a long time.
