How do you change your Character for your profile picture?

I am tired of my current stupid profile picture. I've had this since mid-2011 when I first got PSN... I want to change it now. Someone out there in the wide wide world of Playstation Network, I would love to hear your sugestions. Thanks.

Under the XMB go to Playstation Network > Account Management > Account Information > Avatar

Change it from there.
