I'm not paying $120 for you to fix my system

42 replies 298 views Edited Dec 12, 2012

How is it my fault that Black Ops 2 gave my PS3 YLOD?I called Sony expecting them to fix this free. They told me to pay $120 dollars, which is BS.Not to mention my Black Ops 2 disc is stuck in the system. What kind of service is this? They know Black Ops 2 is break numerous PS3's and they expect us to pay $120?I about feed up with gaming in general, first my xbox Rrod then I switch to PS3 for this.I can truly say a Nintendo system never broke on me ever.I'm screwed out of a $400 dollar system and a $60 dollar game.

Not to mention the lady I was on the phone with gave me an attitude, and didn't even care about the problem at hand.I think I'm done with Sony. That is messed, I'm getting rid of my Vita and all my PS3 stuff and not supporting them again.

Sony. Love their products, hate their customer support.

Same thing happened to me with MW3. Had to buy a new console.

Strange.... I have MW1, 2, 3 and BO1 and 2 and neither of my PS3's have given me the YLOD.

SOMETHING ELSE caused the YLOD.

You know this forum is a Sony product. You said you weren't going to use any of those any more. Why are you still here?

a game is ABSOLUTELY NOT going to cause YLOD no matter how many people make the claim..it was just about to happen anyway..
