I'd say call support and they should be able to give you some information. I read a few people still weren't able to get online. I experienced the Black Ops 2 server not connecting yesterday along with the 2K servers for NBA 2K13 not connecting today. Don't know what's going on to be honest.

Probably hacked again and hoping to keep it quiet. And also believe they can fix it in a short amount of time.
