I agree with Beckerjr. Never should a console game look better than it's PC counterpart unless the lead system of development was for the console. This usually happenswhen developers decide to be lazy during the porting process. People generally take these comments as promoting the PC "master race" but it's not. Most of the gaming PC's out there are still light years ahead of consoles by supporting better video cards, higher resolutions, etc but if the programmers are lazy then the game will look and play like crap.
I think Battlefield 4 looks wonderful on my PS4 but rest assured that it does not hold a candle to BF4 on the PC running on all Ultra settings. Back on topic though, I'm a huge fan of the NFS franchise and have been playing this game over BF4 on my PS4. The only issue I have is Sony decided to release a Need for Speed Rivals Holiday Edition for $49.99 with tons of DLC on the PSN store. I just purchased Rivals from the PSN store less than a week ago for $59.99 without all the DLC so this news burns me up a little.
They should give all users who purchased the digital version at least the DLC from the holiday bundle IMO.
well, i am not a pc gamer, but i am pretty sure that the pc that they used to compare it to a PS4 was more than likely less than a $1,000 PC.
Now if you have this in your PC things will change...
Yes, Very expensive, But you would also have a PC that wouldn't need to be upgraded for more than 12 years.
