Please make it optional to turn the light sensor off on the dualshock 4 controller if you arent using the camera.

And how did I know that this would induce the typical "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!" gamer outrage? Put a piece of tape over it. I know that's not the same as saying "C'MON SONY!!", but it's more effective.

What outrage?

Did I curse? Fling names around? Type in all caps? Nope.

I just simply am hoping they will fix it so I can optionally turn it off if I am not using the camera system. I just dont want to see the light on the controller reflected on the screen while I am playing.

I think Playroom will need that light to stay on in order to function. I dont think most people play with their controllers angled at the TV like the images of the demo. Also, I have seen the light used differently for each PS4 title I have seen demo'd. I would imagine that each dev. will be able to have the light on, select the colors or probably even have the light totally turned off. Also, unless you have a plasma, its really not going to be a big deal. Keep calm...

Nothing to do with being immature, as it does realizing this....

duct tape

Is a better solution and more immediate than saying "C'MON SONY!!".

Its not that big of a deal as you won't be staring at the light bar itself. You can tell from the picture its not even all that bright.

This looks shopped. I can tell from some of the pixels and from seeing quite a few shops in my time that this is most definitely a farce.

He heard a voice from God and it said, “George, separate the peanut into its elements; you will find cures and delicious snacks."

Fabulous!
