I was looking to upgrade my 160gb ps3 slim, and wondering which one would be the best one to use out of these 3 hard drives?

Of the three you list, I would go with the WD 1TB drive (your middle link). There are only downsides to a 7200RPM drive in the PS3 (they tend to run a little hotter, and the PS3 won't read them any faster than a 5400RPM drive).
Here is another one to consider. This is one I am considering upgrading to from my current 500GB Hitachi HDD.

Just to throw this in i upgraded mine to a 500 GB and so far being a PS Plus subscriber I have currently 62 PS3 titles and 19 PSOne titles on my system leaving me with 150 GB of free space still available. Many titles I could remove as I don't play them but so far 500 GB has been more then enough.

At this point, there's maybe a $20 difference between 500GB and 1TB HDDs, an the size of games on the PSN are only getting bigger (the new Sly Cooper game is 16GB).
That being said, here is the least expensive 500GB drive I could find in a quick search on Amazon.

I went with the #2 on your list and I have been happy with it so far. Good price and it is such an easy upgrade. In my opinion you either buy a 500GB now and a 1TB later or you buy a 1TB now.

Did you even read the thread? Someone already answered that.
Yes, runnning a faster rpm hdd in the PS3 will slightly increase the temperature.
