The report form should still work. Sony's actions largely depend upon the offense.

Text mail abuse and in-game cheating.

They would probably suggest you simply block the user.

As far as in-game cheating... that ones tough.

Just block the person, and don't even worry about knowing what happens afterwards, because Sony isn't going to tell you that.

THIS IS URGENT!!! I have been a fan of  all Playstation since it came out but now a bunch of people are doing lag switch and all crazy hacker stuff like using J-Break and Other Hacker equipment to have infinity life and amo,super jump, One shot kill and more like sniping with a rifle that is like a submachine and going up in the map and being able to see all the players this is in SOCOM CONFRONTATION during online game play...so all the fair players are stopping to play ps3. Please take some action here are some of the cheaters names: Mobsther, Espeto7, RODRIGO-ES-, XxGir1n0---, BOSS_MAFIA, vFeR-
