Judging by the many posts I've been seeing I'm not the only one who despises the new Playstation Store. I personallly hate everything about it and wish they would just bring back the old Blue Playstation Store. I want to compile a list of those who want Sony to revert the Playstation Store back to it's former glory or at least give us the option of using the old Playstation Store. Maybe allow us to download it? The new store iz so bad it actually deters me from wanting to buy anything from it. It's slow, it's needlessly clustered and it's just all around stupid.

I agree, its just suck. I haven't spend a single money since the change because I can't freaking find the DLC I want.

The old store is not coming back, compiling a list on here of those that also dislike the PS Store's new layout will also not bring it back, a choice to use the old or new version of the PS Store will also not happen.

It's called change people, learn to live with it, it'll be here for a while!

P.S. As you already know tthe only people that can make "official" Threads are members of the Moderation Team, also petitions, which is what this is are also not allowed.

Well. Then let us at least congratulate Sony Playstation on spending money on something none of us knew was in any way in need of improvement.

Sure, the money might have been better spent on restructuring the existing memory use of the store, while writing a set of better wrapper functions in order to play more content. This would also have allowed the possibility of running the "full" store view during a game, if that was interesting. This would of course have been vastly superior to the broken and fractured solution offered to OEMs at the moment, which the brand new (and surely expensive) store is a direct result of.

But never mind that - Sony have yet again opened our minds to yet another way of improving what the rest of us thought was in fact fully functional.

Which I must say is terrific, since - until now - many of us were of the impression that there may have been about several thousand more pressing issues to investigate.

Again, bravo Sony. Blew my mind - once again!

Well if I got to deal with this G A Y change, they'll just have to deal with $3000.00 dollars less of my money I spend each year on their store . I will Boycott because of this store. And when the sales decline, they'll start to listen. And maybe they'll bring  back the old store. Personally I hate the new store. If you love it, there must be something seriously wrong with your head. Come on man! You gotta hate it, right? Do you like the new youtube app, oh GOD! It SUUUUUUUUUUCKS! I mean its like the END OF DAYS with this double wammy! oh wait...OBAMA WON?!!! TRIPLE WAMMY!!! So the store sucks, everythings slower, harder on the eyes, streamlined trailers looks like the worst quality video(100x240resolution stretched to 1080p), search engines terrible, just about EVERYTHING is awful.

That $3000.00 you spent were for your enjoyment, to purchase entertainment. You boycotting the store is only affecting you because you have simply cut through your entertainment. Good luck with what you're trying to do. I hope you decide to jump ship to an Xbox, so us here have one less little kid crying.

Sounds reasonable. But that's not how Sony works. 

Sony works like this: if one person on the internet states their undying love for a new layout or functionality that is.. impossible to use. While a second person says it's kind of difficult. Then the community guys will write in the summaries that:

"While the impressions are mixed, as they are always when change is involved, the overall impression is positive".

Same thing that happened with Killzone 2, for example. They did a bunch of changes, because Guerilla Games were employed to do stuff for another six months after the game launched, after all. So changes had to be made. Instead of that they could just make more awesome maps.

So they made a bunch of changes to the game. And people said things like: "Bravo, GG, we love Call of Duty, but now I logged on and played Killzone 2 for ten minutes before being bored! All the unnecessary changes were a success!". And to "You're dead to me, GG!! F**** ******* *********** *************************** ******* ********* *********** ********** and your ********* **********. Why the ***************** ***************** **************** **************** would you change something that was supremely awesome from the beginning for ************** ******************".

And the community guys wrote down: "While the impressions are mixed, as they are always when change is involved, the overall impression is positive".

Then the online population dwindled to the point where they couldn't fill one room on the official community evenings. And GG as a studio hangs in the balance, and probably won't be getting any commissions that don't involve Buzz or 3d Ponies.

So no - boikott doesn't work. The best you can do about Sony is just to walk away, slowly, and hope they don't follow you home.
