Nice setups guys. If you could more info about them would be awesome, like the surround sound and connection in the post would be great.

7.1 Receiver and speakers. All connections go via HDMI to the receiver and just 1 HDMI connection goes from the receiver to the TV. With the obvious exception of the freakin wii which I'm not even counting. The makers of that "toy" consider 480p component connection "State of the Art". (In my book, the wii is not a next gen console. It's a fancy toy to entertain guests and soccer moms).

looks like Polk Audio

Close. Onkyo receiver, Sony speakers. (funny, most people thinks it's Polk).

Thanks Lawson. I opted for the suspended stand instead of the wall mount because I was afraid the drywall wouldn't hold a wallmount and the weight of the 52".

As for the room, Thanks xLordSlothx. I guess When you have a wife who is a diehard gamer as well,  arranging your room "the propper way" becomes way easier. We don't have any kids (nor plan to have any either) so that definitely helps too. (If I had and infant running "at large" in the house, I think I'd have to breathe in a paper bag everytime he'd run past my equipment")

And to answer your question Doaner, yes you were dead on. It's an onkyo but the speakers are not Polk. They're Sony 7.1

 Hey guys,

I started looking at a couple of pictures of the different setups you guys have posted here and when I came back to my senses, an hour flew by. It's really amazing to have the chance to be invited to another gamer's "Fortress of Solitude".  "The Holiest of the Holiest" or as my bud calls it, "The Shrine",  and to be able to appreciatte their pride and joy. When you play online, you never take a second to imagine how does the fight look from the other side. Pretty cool setups guys. Keep 'em coming.

Here's my bedroom setup. This is where "the magic happens" and where thousands of Call of Duty 4 showndowns have taken place.   Good Times.

Dude, that's really nice - your pictures and your post! I gave you a kudos! Your house is pretty nice, too, bro. That is truly a "Gaming Shrine"!
