I have my own justifications for not using digital downloads for console games - and one of them is unless you have decently fast download speeds (or have Google Fiber) then its pointless in buying into digital distribution.
gratz on getting both systems! Google fiber is coming to my city, it can't get here fast enough
Even with that I will go disk first when buying games
Yep, might be coming to my city too according to the map. Anyway, that's pretty fast, but not as fast as I thought it would be.
Just to be clear, this is not my video.
I do not own both consoles either.... PS4 has my undivided attention until Xbone gets games worth the $500 buy-in.
I do not have Google Fiber. Its not available in my area.... but Austin is just a stones throw away from where I live, where they are bringing Fiber to. Which is where I'm planning on moving to in a couple years.
I just found this video browing the interwebz and thought you might like to see what FAST really is.
While I have nothing against your argument per se, I feel this is the right moment for me to gloat a little... Not having Google Fiber or perhaps even real fiber (or may be it is) but my university is swell!
I downloaded a 1 hour 1080p youtube clip (about 800 MB) in under 1 minute!
Did I mention my Internet is free? Oh I didn't!? Well technically it is $20 per month, wow so costly! haha
Okay, I'll show myself out!
