Can I connect my phone to do this?  I have an HTC HD7S.  It wont connect.  Any ideas?  or is this even possible.

Even though it has Bluetooth, it's not designed to transfer/recieve files. I know because my laptop has one, oh and by the way, even if it detects it, it will not function.

The PSVita does not have that Bluetooth profile so it is not possible.

As already mentioned no its not possible. You will have to put them on a PS3, PC or Mac and then use content manager to transfer them over.
