Where do I put the MP_ROOT folder for MP4 playback?

I am trying to download MP4 videos to my psp. Where does the,MP_ROOT folder go?? Do I have to create it in the PSP folder or,in another folder?? At the momet I can't get any MP4's to,play. Thanks to everyone for any help.

Create it NEXT to the PSP folder, not in it. Then inside MP_ROOT,,create another folder named "100MNV01" without quotes. Then put your,MP4 in there.
