iPhone PSN app for the US like EU has

Europe has had the PSN iPhone app since about 2 years ago. Now just wondering, how long can it possibly take to bring it to the US? Jeff must be having a long break, too, look at comment #6 here he says it'll be worked on right after break... 2 years ago.
