"you cannot sign in using another user´s sign in ID (email address)"?

Why not? I have several sign in´s as I haven´t been able to sign in to my primary account for some weird reason.
I´ve tried to get a new password and all that but then it says "you cannot sign in using another user´s sign in ID (email address)"?
 
What is going on?

You can only have one PSN account for each user account you have. All you need to do is make a new user (on the far left side of the xmb) and it will let you sign in to a different account. You need a user for each account you have.
