Japan Home

4 replies 12 views Edited Dec 15, 2008

I was at the Japan Playstation Home and their Central Plaza (which is called Home Square) is huge. But there is no one in it. Their theater looks better than the US.

But for the U.S., this is only the beginning. They put the BETA out to test their server capacities and other features but they will not put out everything yet. Everyone is writing out reviews on a product that is technically not even out yet. Home is still under development but they have to put out a BETA to test their servers when massive amount of people are on Home at the same time. When the final release comes out, they will have things that they have promised.

Remember that they will keep adding to this fantastic online community.

I noticed the same thing in the Japanese Home, it seemed like there were only a handful of people there. I also agree with you about the the negative input that a lot of users are talking about; I just want to grab them and yell in their face, "THAT'S WHY IT'S CALLED BETA!" LOL

Here's a hint: Look at the globe that's available through Life with PlayStation. Think about where we are and where they are. Example: When it's 7 pm EST in New York, it's like 4 or 5 am in Japan.
