It's really a matter of personal preference, but here the benifits for each

Jewel of the Skys
-Great Scenary and layout
-An Interactive game for you and friends to participate in
-Community Rewards for you and friends to obtain due to completing achievments
-Items for purchase that affiliate with the spaces game
-A reward to give to friends who visit

Palace of the Seven Winds
-Great large space with amazing scenary
-Interactive atributes like being able to fly and explore
-ability to purchase exclusive items and gift friends
-Swimming area with realistic swimming capabilities
-Interactive personal space customization Included
- Owner Rewards to be discovered

These are most of the details of these spaces, I hope it helps you with your decision, Enjoy :cathappy:

The guides offer tours. You should really visit them before buying.

Both spaces are excellent.  I had to make the same choice myself.  I went for Jewel of the Skies &  I don't regret it.

The genie that comes with the space gives you almost everything you need to furnish the space; lot of items.  The flying carpet game is fun.  Visitors love their gift (a tiger companion).  It has beautiful lighting & details.

Most importantly the Jewel of the Skies space can be furnished with 100 slots.  This is where I think the Palace of the Seven Winds falls down.  It is too big, particularly the main room.  I have to say I do love the swimming, flying and bathing in the Palace, as well as the ability to change the time of day.  It's a great space too, fortunately I'm in a club that has the Palace as a club house.

My pick is Jewel of the Skies.
