:^( Pottermore.com link failed.

5 replies 856 views Edited Apr 3, 2013

:^/ When attempting to link to my Pottermore.com account from the PlayStationHome cross menu bar, I have entered my Pottermore username and password as requested, but it says that the login has failed.

Are others experiencing this? It is very disappointing....

;^) Ah, I have it sorted now. My password on Pottermore.com had been about twenty-odd characters long, but only sixteen characters are allowed as a maximum. The site didn't tell me that until I tried to change it there.

Nice catch DD. Glad you figured it out and shared it here. I also tend to make very long passwords for extra security.

How do you get the original screen where you input your username/password to link pottermore/psn home? I had input everything correctly, I think. But now every time I click "link pottermore account" under Navigation but it just states "we are experiencing a problem linking your pottermore.com account". I also cleared the Home cache. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I still have the problem not being able to link my Home and Pottermore accounts. I and others have had this problem for the past month with no resolve.
