Lack of Sony Leadership and Support.... (Period)

4 Periods = (Period)?

Customers help keep Home alive. Not getting into all of that other stuff. Home is still up and running and there doesn't seem to be a slow down in content. Most things die but projecting how Home will die without known future facts is illogical.  <--- thats one period.

Most men are rather uncomfortable talking about periods.

Sometimes we are, sometimes we talk about them in cycles. this was just jimmys time.
I felt like supporting him during this time so I replied. Obviously he had a bad week and wanted to vent a bit. Can't blame him.

So you feel supported and staffs communication is acceptable..

Supported from a business stand point yes. Home users get a glimpse of future content but I do feel it was done up better in the past. Home media sites do that also now. Third party developers do a fine job advertising product as well. So from this view I would say that it is satisfactory but from a even more important side.. Sony waited way to long before adding Joystick Warrior to help with tech issues. They read the forums and knew Home users were having issues that ranged from connection errors to hacks and modifications and rarely addressed them publically before. Your OP makes it sound like this was a revelation that is coming when in fact it has been a issue for years.

You also keep posting Sony financial information. None of which has anything to do with Home. But that is another thread all together.

The financial info shows lack of funding and profits under the division HOME resides.. The community deserves better service from what we pay into it..

Sony.. How can I explain this?  I just giggled because it's crazy. Sony is like a huge oak tree. All these "branches'' are all connected to the "Sony" tree but they do not drink the same water. they are different. this is why some stock holders are asking for a split in company lines. since you're into the financial side lately google it. If they were really one company Home would have access to all Sony music and movies. much more than that.
